Shipping Policy – The Everythang Shop

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: During high-demand periods (holidays, sales, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs, or
  • A refund will be issued minus original shipping fees

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Everythang Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  2. File a claim with them

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for these situations.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and offer a replacement or solution if approved.

International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing.
